• Living conditions
  Answer: You are required to show a photo ID (internal passport only) and a credit card upon check-in.
  
  Check-in: 15:00
  
  Check-out: 12:00
  
  When checking in, you must have with you the original passports of all guests arriving and birth certificates of children.
  
  You can pay for your stay with a bank card issued by a bank of the Russian Federation (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, MIR) or in cash in rubles.
  
  In case of failure to provide documents, the Hotel has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services.
  
  Dear guests! Please note that in accordance with the rules of our hotel, photography and video shooting on the hotel premises is prohibited.
  
• SPA center and swimming pool
  Answer: Access to the gym and swimming pool is available to all hotel residents.
  
  Visit for children over 7 years old.
  Additional SPA services are not included in the price.
  
• Accommodation with pets
  Answer: Dogs up to 5 kg are allowed. An additional fee of 10,000 rubles will be charged for general cleaning of the room.
• Parking
  Answer:

  We offer our guests to use a 24-hour guarded underground parking for 90 parking spaces. Please note that this service is provided for an additional fee. 

  The cost of parking for staying guests

  300 rubles per hour /3,000 rubles per day

  The cost of parking for non-resident guests

  400 rubles per hour /8,000 rubles per day

  Parking for up to 20 minutes is free

  The reset parking ticket is valid for 15 minutes

  The fine for losing a ticket is 9,600 rubles.
